"Jewellery" means the jewellery that is predesigned or jewellery set with diamonds that are available for sale on the website.

 "Mounts" are defined as designs that hold a gemstone / gemstones and/or diamond in them.

"Loose Diamonds" are individual diamonds that can be bought independent of Mounts.

Use of the Website

Jewel Hub web site(s) and content are intended solely for personal and non commercial use by visitors and on-line shoppers. Any use of any Jewel Hub web site or its content other than for personal and non-commercial purposes is prohibited. You further agree not to access or use Jewel Hub web site in any manner that may be harmful to the operation of the web site or its content.

This Website offers services for Members who wish to purchase diamonds for personal consumption and includes both customized and readymade Jewellery.
The Website also offers services to sell gold and diamonds for investment.

 Recommendations of the company representative are not guaranteed under any circumstances and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss and / or damage suffered by the Members who rely on such recommendations.


 Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Items may be shown in sizes different from the actual size in order to clearly show details or to show the entire item.

Gold Weight Difference

The gold weight mentioned on the website for jewellery and mounts may vary upon manufacture of the product. In case, the customer receives a product of lesser gold weight than the value paid for, the Company will refund such differential amount to the Customer.

Product Availability

Jewelhub.com may not own any of the diamonds and other products listed on the Website. In such cases, Jewelhub.com only orders the products listed on the Website from third party traders and merchants after the confirmation of the order by the Member and delivers the same to the Member. It is possible that the item ordered by the Member/user might have been traded.

In the event the diamond/diamonds gets traded in the market before making the payment / booking the order, Jewelhub.com will call the Member and suggest an alternate diamond. In case the Member chooses a new diamond, Jewelhub.com shall confirm the new order.  Any difference in cost will be exchanged between Jewel Hub and member.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Severability

Payment

The Company offers multiple payment options to Members on the Website:

a) Online Payment: Members can make online payments using his / her debit, credit card; and

b) Offline Payment: Members can complete the order online and then make payments to the Company through an offline payment such as cheques and demand drafts. 

The Company will order the diamond and/or jewellery only after realization of the cheque or demand draft. If the diamond is unavailable at the time of payment receipt and an alternate diamond is not selected by the Member, then the amount shall be refunded to the Member.

Once the product is returned under our 15 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to you -

a) For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

b) For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
 

Advance / Part Payment

The Company may, at its sole discretion, request and or allow the Member to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Member at the time of delivery of the product or before the dispatch of the product as decided by the company. Failure to pay the balance amount shall be treated as a cancellation of the order. Any advance amount paid by the Member at the time of placing the order shall not be refunded by the Company to the Member for any reason whatsoever.

Order Cancellation 

Order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placed, by email to our customer care id jewelhubdiamonds@gmail.com from the registered id.

Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum)

The parties agree that the courts located in India country, Mumbai, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
 

Pricing

The prices stated on the Website may be higher or lower than the actual prices in the retail markets. All pricing information available on the Website must be used only as a general guideline for diamond prices. While this Website is designed to provide most accurate diamond pricing information, the information about the diamonds does not provide an appraisal or guarantee of value, nor does it give suggestions or recommendation of any sort for buying or selling diamonds. All grading and pricing are subjective methods of analysis and no guarantee is made or liability assumed as to the accuracy or validity of the information provided by the Service or the expertise of those providing information via the Service.
 

Shipping and Delivery

The Member has to specify the address and details of the person who will collect the shipment at the time of purchase. At the time of placing the order, the Member has to state full name of the recipient as stated in his / her government approved photo identification. At the point of delivery the recipient, to collect the physical product, will have to provide any one of the following government approved photo identification card:

1)     Driver’s License;

2)     Permanent Account Number (PAN) card;

3)     Voters Identification card; or

4)     Passport.

Delivery shall be made by the courier agent only after the photo and name of the recipient is verified and confirmed. To ensure safe and secure delivery of the package the courier agent will also note down the details of the government photo identification. The recipient of the package must cooperate with the courier agent by providing required and valid copies of his / her government approved photo identification.

In case the Member wants any other person to receive the delivery on his behalf he / she must specify details of the same at the time of order placement. All items shall be delivered directly to the person as specified at the time of placing the order. The recipient details cannot be changed under any circumstances once the order is processed.

The shipping address can be changed after the order has been placed, but only before the item is shipped. For this the Member has to call at customer service number of the company.

All diamonds purchased on the Website for investment purposes will be shipped to the Member only after being recertified in a laboratory in India wherein the laboratory would confirm that the diamond and the certificate match, and pack the diamond in a tamper proof pack.

Recipient who will accept delivery should not accept delivery if the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty.

The recipients must open the package and check its contents prior to accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier company shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to Company. All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Member shall be chargeable to the Member.

Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistencies in name or address will result in non delivery of the product.

Jewelhub provides free delivery/shipping on all items within India. We deliver within india in 15-20 working days time depending upon the location & Pin code. delivery outside india take 20-25 working days time depending upon the Country & location.

Delivery time may increase depending upon the additional time taken due to Hallmarking to be done of all pieces of jewellery as per the new guidelines of BIS.

The International shipping / Handling charges will be Rs.15,000/-.

All goods will be fully insured by Jewelhub until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

Cash on Delivery is temporarily deactivated.

Kindly note as per government notice we will not be accepting old Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 notes but you can use our online payment methods or make payment through Cheque, DD or bank transfer instead.

Gifting

Recipient will have to provide a government approved photo identification card (like , Pan card, passport, drivers licence, election card etc.) to collect the package.

As it is a mandatory courier regulation, the price of the gift will be mentioned on the external cover. Additional copies of the invoice can be requested by the Member at the time of placing the order.

Any applicable tax, including any gift tax shall be borne by the Member.
 

Insurance

Only transit insurance shall be provided by the Company and it shall be valid only until the time of delivery.
 

Certificate

All Loose Diamonds will be accompanied by individual certificates. The certificate will be from a third party laboratory.

The diamonds in the Jewellery / Mounts will not be individually certified unless expressly mentioned at the time of purchase. The Jewellery will be certified either by a third party laboratory or by the Company depending on the value of the Jewellery.
 

Usage of promotional schemes by the Company.

a) The Company has the right to refuse the usage of any promotional scheme at any point of time. Expired Promotional scheme cannot be used on the Website.

b) The Company can at any time ask the Member for the proof of having received the promotional scheme.

c) Promotional schemes can be used only on specific orders/items/specific date and occasions as deemed fit by the Company.

d) Promotional schemes cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/offer running on the website.
 

Conflict Diamond Policy

The Company upholds all the values endorsed by the Kimberley Process. We will not work with any trader who violates the Kimberley Process. We will immediately end any association with any such vendor.

• A registered user must produce all documents and proofs demanded by Kissht.
• A processing fee of 3% to 4% may be charged by Kissht for availing the loan.
• No Buy Back, No exchange, No returns are offered for orders place through EMI.
• This EMI payment option is available only for online registered users of Jewelhub.com residing in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Nasik, Vadodara, Bhopal, Indore, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Nagpur & Chandigarh.
• Jewelhub does not involve in the approval, extension, pricing, modification, pre-closure, closure or any matter incidental thereto pertaining to offering of the facility. This loan facility is being offered by Kissht to the customer and the decisions are at the sole discretion of Kissht.

• Also any amount needed to be refund to the customer in case of Gold wt. difference will be refunded in the form of voucher which can be redeemed by that customer in their next purchase.
• Jewelhub does not charge the potential customer any processing or convenience fee for the purpose of provisioning the loan facility for its customers.
• A late monthly payment to Kissht can invite a convenience charge along with it to Kissht. The charge however will depend on your order value and will be decided by Kissht.
• All disputes in connection with the loan shall be between the Customer and Kissht. Jewelhub shall not be held liable for any dispute arising out of or in connection with such loan facility being offered Kissht.
