Life Time Exchange
Jewel hub offers a flat 80% Life Time Exchange policy on its entire range of Gold and Diamond Jewellery. Silver and Gemstones are not covered under this policy.
The 80% value will be determined based on the prevailing prices of the Gold and Diamonds on the day of exchange of jewellery.
The prevailing market value will be determined by the company. Offer Price (post discounts, if any), displayed transparently on our site on the day of exchange.
All requests for exchange should be accompanied by original bill and certificate. Incase of non-availability of the same, the customer would have to bear the certification cost as per actuals.
Any piece of Jewel Hub jewellery altered by any other jeweller/craftsman/designer would not be covered under our exchange policy.
Jewelry products made of studded diamonds shall be exchanged at 80% of prevailing market value.
The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product.
In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
You will be given a Credit Note for the exchange value which remains valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase anything, except gold coins from Jewelhub. Kindly note that this Credit Note cannot be en-cashed.
Discount/Offer Code is not applicable during exchange of products under Lifetime Exchange Policy.
The company reserves the right to change the lifetime exchange amount of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
Return of Customized jewelry will be dealt by the company on a case to case basis.
This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India)
This feature is not available for Platinum jewelry
