Incase you are not satisfied with any of our products, please do give us a call on +91 22 6610 5500. Our customer care will try and resolve all your queries and concerns. In an unlikely event of us not being able to meet your requirements, we will offer Cash Refund or Credit Note as per the policy detailed below.

The Customized jewellery items are Made to Order and we work on very low margins hence we are left with no option but to deduct the making charges and manufacturing losses in order to minimize our operational costs and pass on the overall cost savings to all our clients.

Jewel Hub will facilitate the Return Shipment on best effort basis however Cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Prevailing price would be the price of the day return shipment is received at Jewel Hub office in Mumbai.
  •  If a client places multiple orders within a 15 day period, only the last ordered item of value less than 50000/- will be eligible for a 100% refund.
  • If an item is purchased during any promotional scheme (other than discount on pricing) that includes complimentary gifts from Jewel Hub, the customer is expected to return the gifts along with the original purchased item.
  • 100% CASHBACK will be given only if the product is Un-used, Un-altered and has the Original security tag, Packaging and Certificate and is returned in the same condition as delivered by Jewel Hub.

 For all Returns, pl. contact our Customer care on +91 22 6610 5500. We will issue you a Return Authorization Code, explain you the Product Return Process in detail and send a tamper proof packet to your address. Please do not send the jewellery back to us in non-tamper proof packets.

 All returned products would be subjected to quality inspection and incase of discrepancies, our team will get in touch with the clients and appraise them of the same.

 We will issue Refund Cheques or Credit Notes within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
